Juan was initially referred to me through my mortgage provider. And I hit the jackpot with him!<br/><br/>I can't possibly make a stronger recommendation. I was a first time homebuyer so I was in need of an agent who was strong on process and negotiation. My transaction was quite complicated too as I was using a unique loan product and using subsidies from local government. Juan didn't flinch (even though I knew it was a lot of extra work) and I always felt like I was his number one client. <br/><br/>Responsive, articulate, knowledgeable, super friendly but always means business. Always had his sights on closing the deal but making sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Never felt pressure, and his advice was always useful.<br/><br/>I would work with Juan again without hesitation!

Juan is an incredibly knowledgeable Realtor. Juan strives to be one of the few Realtor's that is there for you first. His passion for Real Estate is masterful. He will do everything possible to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Throughout our first time home buying process Juan was always right there and answered every question professionally and prompt. There is no doubt in my mind I would go anywhere else to buy/sell a home. Juan is a True Professional and shows his expertise on a daily basis.

Working with Juan was an all-around fantastic experience. We began working together in Fall of 2013 when I thought I was going to sell my house, and he went above and beyond helping me pull things together for what I hoped would be a very quick stage/sell/close process. Ultimately, I didn't end up putting my house on the market, but when I was finally ready to sell in April, he was just as enthusiastic, supportive, and resourceful in the process. He did everything from buy plants and help decorate for a showing, find people to come over and replace all my light bulbs while i was at work, and managed the process of getting sink fixed so that everything was in top shape for open houses. He also brings an innovative approach to the sales process- he suggested incorporating video into my listing and facilitated the endeavor. From a knowledge and responsive perspective, he's deeply familiar with the JP neighborhood in which I was living, and his understanding of the nuances and ins and outs of my specific building was truly what made it possible for me to sell a condo with multiple complex and unresolved assessments and a law suit going on. I think Juan is truly exceptional at his craft and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in JP or the surrounding areas. I live in cambridge now and would absolutely partner with him again for my next sale or purchase.
