He also brings an innovative approach to the sales process- he suggested incorporating video into my listing and facilitated the endeavor. From a knowledge and responsive perspective, he's deeply familiar with the JP neighborhood in which I was living, and his understanding of the nuances and ins and outs of my specific building was truly what made it possible for me to sell a condo with multiple complex and unresolved assessments and a law suit going on. I think Juan is truly exceptional at his craft and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in JP or the surrounding areas.
